Gratitude. It is a virtue often forgotten – especially when times are hard, or things are not going our way. Every Thanksgiving, we say what we are thankful for. Why not do this every day? Health, a home, friends, and family – that is more than enough reason to be thankful!

Generosity. From organizing donations for the needy, to volunteering at soup kitchens, there is a lot we do on Thanksgiving. Well, why not take it up, and do it more often? Every day is a chance to be generous and aid those less fortunate.

Empathy. Thanksgiving shouldn’t be the only time we think of others, and actually care. Every day is an opportunity to open our hearts to the world, and each other. By caring for others, we will in turn better ourselves.
