San José – Pacuare – Arenal – Monteverde – Manuel Antonio – San José
Day 1: Arrival at San Jose
Your private transport will pick you up at the San Jose Airport, and take you to your hotel. We recommend Park Inn Hotel.
Day 2: Pacuare River Rafting
Your shared transport will pick you up from your hotel, and take you toward the Pacuare River. You will stop for a delicious breakfast, on the way. In Pacuare, you will go rafting on the rapids of the river. A delicious lunch will be provided. Your shuttle will take you to Arenal. Overnight stay in Arenal. We recommend Arenal Manoa Hotel.
Day 3: Arenal Hanging Bridges & La Fortuna Waterfall
You will first visit the Arenal Hanging Bridges, and go on a 3 km nature hike through the rainforest reserve. Next, a 15-minute hike will take you to the beautiful La Fortuna Waterfall. You will have a delicious lunch at La Finquita Restaurant. You will be taken back to your hotel.
Day 4: Canyoning Tour
You will go on the canyoning tour today, descending via ropes down waterfalls, cliffs and rocks, surrounded by rainforest. You will be taken back to your hotel.
Day 5: Monteverde
You will travel from Arenal to Monteverde today via lake transfer. In Monteverde, your private transport will take you to your hotel. Overnight stay in Monteverde. We recommend Poco A Poco Hotel.
Day 6: Cloud Forest Night Tour
After a day of leisure, you will go on the Night Tour of the Monteverde Cloud Forest. You will explore the many nocturnal fauna that reside within the flora of the reserve. You will be taken back to your hotel.
Day 7: Sky Tram & Sky Trek
You will visit the Monteverde Cloud Forest today, and go aboard the Sky Tram, a scenic canopy ride over the reserve. Next, you will go on the Sky Trek, an exhilarating zip line experience through the jungle canopy. You will be taken back to your hotel.
Day 8: Manuel Antonio
Today, your shared transport will pick you up from your hotel, and take you to Manuel Antonio, renowned for its white-sand beaches, lush green jungles, and wildlife. Overnight stay in Manuel Antonio. We recommend Costa Verde Hotel.
Day 9: Manuel Antonio National Park
You will visit the Manuel Antonio National Park today, renowned for its pristine waters, white-sand beaches, lush green jungles, and wildlife. You can swim, relax on the beach, and hike through the park. You will be taken back to your hotel.
Day 10: Leisure
You can go to the beach, on a hike, or souvenir shopping. Today is your day.
Day 11: Return to San Jose
After breakfast, your shared transport will take you to San Jose. You can go downtown, visit museums, local markets, or have a typical lunch. Overnight stay in San Jose. We recommend Presidente Hotel.
Day 12: Leaving Costa Rica
Your private transport will pick you up at your hotel, and take you to the San Jose Airport. Bid farewell to the Land of Pura Vida!
