Manuel Antonio National Park

On the road to Manuel Antonio, you will travel past vast fields of African Palm plantations. Be sure to enjoy the beautiful views of the scenic coastline as we drive down.

Once having arrived at Manuel Antonio National Park, you’ll get to relax on the white sandy beach, sunbathe, or go swimming in its crystal-clear waters – your choice! You will also have the option of going on a hike through the park’s trails. You will surely be mesmerized by the abundance of flora and fauna. Keep an eye out for monkeys, iguanas and sloths!

Manuel Antonio National Park is closed on Tuesdays.

Sunset Catamaran 

You will travel approximately 20 minutes to the Quepos dock. A guide will take you to the loading platform and help you board the catamaran. You will set sail towards the horizon and cruise over sapphire hued waves. The catamaran will chart a picturesque course departing from Quepos gliding around the back of Manuel Antonio national park. Your guide will point out notable wildlife and vegetation specimens, so be sure to have your camera ready.

You will pass by panoramas adorned with islands, cliffs and rock formations. You can admire aviary nesting grounds and marine wildlife. Beverages and snacks are available onboard the catamaran throughout the trip. After touring the coastline, your captain will set anchor on Bisanz beach where you can take advantage of the pit stop to snorkel at this secluded bay, or simply watch the sunset.

You are most likely to spot parrotfish, starfish, angelfish and if you are lucky a dolphin! You will then head back to the dock where there will be transportation waiting to take you back to your hotel. This Manuel Antonio tour does not require previous experience. Water visibility varies depending on the season.

Isla Damas Kayak Tour

On this tour, you’ll get to go kayaking around Damas Island, and explore the wonders of the unique ecosystem of Costa Rican mangroves. As you paddle along the calm waters, surrounded by lush, green rainforest, you will be able to spot many bird species, reptiles, anteaters, and white-faced capuchin monkeys. Your guide will tell you about the biodiversity of this region, and point out birds such as herons, kingfishers, ospreys, and frigatebirds. Lunch will be provided after the tour.

Naranjo River Rafting 

The Naranjo River borders Manuel Antonio National Park, and flows through mountains, jungle ravines, farmland, and palm plantations. The river course is steep and challenging, perfect for rafting! On this tour, you’ll take on class III & IV rapids as you thrash through the winding waters of the river. For your safety, you will be accompanied by your guide, and a kayaker that follows the group. After the tour, lunch will be served.

Savegre River Rafting

Get ready for a day of adrenaline and extreme fun! The Savegre River is ideal for rafting, and on this tour, you’ll get to take on class II & III rapids! For your safety, you will be accompanied by your guide, and a kayaker that follows the group. Be sure to admire the lush, green jungles that surround you, and keep an eye out for wildlife! After the tour, lunch will be served.

Canopy Tour

The ideal combination of nature and adventure, the Canopy Tour features spectacular views of the Herradura Bay and Island, as well as the Nicoya Gulf. Entirely surrounded by lush, green rainforest, you will have the opportunity to spot a wide variety of wildlife such as Scarlet Macaws, Chestnut Mandible Toucans and Whiteface Monkeys. 

The adventure starts with a 15-minute ride on a passenger tractor up the mountains and through the jungles. Once we arrive, you will get geared up, and your zip line adventure will begin! The zip line course consists of 15 platforms and 14 cables with a total cable distance of 3.5 kilometers – here, you will find the longest cable in the area of 2400 ft!

Carara National Park & Crocodile Tour

The Carara National Park is a protected area of about 4,700 Hectares, home to approximately 48% of Costa Rica’s aviary species. On this tour, you’ll walk through lush, green jungle trails – and keep an eye out for wildlife! You’ll surely come across scarlet macaws, white face monkeys, howler monkeys, iguanas, toucans, and trogons. 

Next, we will go on a relaxing boat tour on the Tárcoles River, well-known for its abundance of resident crocodiles. Get ready for the ultimate crocodile and wildlife sightseeing experience! The captain will spot the biggest crocodiles in the river and point them out to you. The lush river banks are full of all sorts of wildlife, keep an eye out for different kinds of mammals, birds and reptiles.

ATV Tour

One of the most exciting ways to explore Costa Rica is on an ATV adventure! After brief safety instructions and a little bit of practice, you will get to ride ATVs up mountains, over dirt roads, through jungles, and across rivers. Bottled water will be provided, and at the end of your off-road adventure, fresh tropical fruits await!

Horseback Riding

What better way to discover the hidden wonders of the Costa Rican rainforests, than on horseback? On this tour, you will go horseback riding at a private 80-acre property, where you may see toucans, scarlet macaws, and white-faced capuchin monkeys. The ride will take you to a beautiful waterfall and private natural pools. where you will have time to relax and even use the natural waterslide!

Jungle Boat Safari & Crocodile Tour
